Thriller

Joey has drawn our attention to this great, and Halloween-appropriate Thriller cover by Imogen Heap, performed over the weekend on Dermot O’Leary’s BBC Radio 2 show. It’s strange how well it translates from Jackson’s original to a haunting piano version by Heap. Unfortunately she doesn’t tackle Vincent Price’s ‘rap’ from the original. Ah well, we can only expect so much.

In any case, you MUST hear it. It’s not the best quality, but you can listen and download below.

The promo trailer for Toy Story 3 has been all over cinema screens lately, but Pixar have been keeping the real, meaty trailer hidden away. Much to my delight, I found it today.

Is it odd to find a 3D male attractive? Or, more specifically, is it odd to find a 17-year old 3D male attractive?

Most of the original characters and voices will be back for the third instalment, though Slinky Dog will be voiced by US comedian Blake Clark this time around. Jim Varney, the original Slinky, died shortly after Toy Story 2 wrapped.

Disney Pixar have announced that there will be a few super extra bonus characters in the third movie who don’t feature in the trailer. If the rumours are true, one of these new characters will be voiced by Kristen Schaal, better known as Mel from Flight of the Conchords. Can’t wait.
